For Teams, choose monthly billing or annual billing. Annual is billed once at $83 per month equivalent ($996 per year). For Enterprise, payment is on annual contract terms with billing options that can be customized.
Yes. As your organization grows past 100 employees, we transition you from Teams to Enterprise with prorated billing and no service interruption. Down-sizing is similarly supported with appropriate notice.
No. Send Appreciation is an optional add-on for any paid tier. The core Knowwn platform, including the assessment, profiles, strain layer, and manager dashboards, is fully usable without sending a single recognition.
For Teams, you can self-onboard through the platform. Simply enter your employee's email addresses and we'll invite them to create a profile and join your organization. For Enterprise, our team works with you on workforce data integration, manager training, and rollout planning. The complexity scales with your organization.
Yes. The profile belongs to the care professional. If their organization stops using Knowwn, or they move to a new role, their profile goes with them.
